I have been working as a Realtor in the Charlotte Region for almost 13 yrs with one of the larger firms.  At the end of April, 2013 I made a wonderful decision to join ProStead Realty through the recommendation of one of my realtor friends!  The commission structure was definitely what drew me there to begin with!  I love the 100% commissions I am getting now and not having to give up a large portion of my commission back to the company.  In addition, the fees at ProStead are minimal!  I love the a la carte service they provide as well depending on your personal needs.  The support I get from Mitch and Kirsten is superb.  They are there to help me every step of the way with any situation that I may have occur.   I am so happy that I made the decision to go to ProStead Realty!
