I became a Real Estate Agent in 2007 right when the housing market started to show signs of slowing down. I started at a small real estate office and then went on to a couple of large well-known franchises because I felt I needed extra training and brand-name recognition in order to be profitable. After a colleague of mine made the move to ProStead Realty and she told me of her experiences of a flat rate commission and low monthly expenses, I really took a long look at what as I was receiving at the large franchise that I was currently working at. I reviewed my transactions over the past 12 months and quickly realized that all of my closings had been generated from my efforts alone and that my nationally recognized franchise had not contributed to my bottom line. At that point, I made the switch and I am incredibly thankful that I did because my bottom line has certainly increased. ProStead offers a variety of services in the event you feel you need extra coaching and training and they are always there to answer any questions. I am incredibility thankful everyday to Mitch for having the foresight to open ProStead and offer a solution to many agents who are looking to be profitable. |
