After six years with Coldwell Banker I needed to make a change. I needed freedom, support, and direct answers. Mitch and the other agents made me feel right at home! And the best part is I don’t ever have to go to the office again!! We even have Virtual Meetings; they are awesome!! It is hard to juggle everything with a career in Real Estate and a family, and Mitch has made it manageable, and worth it! Actually, he always says “You knew that already. Be confident in yourself.” The office runs very well and makes sure you have everything in order and keeps you up to date with industry news. I know that it seems overwhelming to make a change, but it really isn’t as hard as you think.  I have just passed my 8th anniversary with ProStead and don’t have any desire to change one thing!
